Reservations Policy

According to the regulation of the HTO, in order for a reservation to be confirmed, a deposit of the 30% of the total cost of the reservation is necessary.

Deposit payment methods:

  1. Bank transfer
  2. Credit card

Cancellation Policy

  1. 100% of the deposit is refunded for cancellations made up to 21 days prior to the arranged check in date.
  2. 50% of the deposit is refunded for cancellations made between 20 and 7 days prior to the arranged check in date
  3. The deposit is not refundable for cancellations under 7 days prior to the arranged check in date

In case of no show there is a 100% charge of the total amount of the reservation. The same policy applies for check in after 23:59 on the arranged check in day.
